Each of our clients are unique and we offer tailored formulations to meet each brands requirements and align with their brand values. As such we do not currently offer Private or White Labelling.

Currently we have the ability to manufacture some colour cosmetics including tinted lip- sticks, balms, stains and glosses, tinted moisturisers, liquid highlighter and BB Creams

We work with several New Zealand Suppliers who source their materials from worldwide partners. In most instances they will be able to provide Declarations if their products are Sustainably and Ethically sourced. If this is something that is important to you, we will ensure only Sustainably, and Ethically Sourced materials are used in your formulations.
Absolutely, Pauling Industries has been proudly Cruelty Free since we first began operating over 30 years ago. We can also ensure all materials used in your formulation are Vegan and Cruelty Free and even assist with documentation required for Vegan or Cruelty free Certification.
Yes, we are happy to work with formulas that have been developed by a third party. In this instance we will do a trial sample to ensure the product is suitable for mass production and that we are able to achieve the correct texture, feel etc.
Our standard lead time is 8-12 weeks however this is subject to many factors including the availability of raw materials, delivery of packaging and our manufacturing schedule. Your dedicated account manager will keep you up to date on schedules and lead times for confirmed orders.
We stock thousands of ingredients, and this is always growing as new technology and trends emerge. If there is a particular ingredient that you are interested in, please contact us so we can confirm if this is available. In the instance that we do not stock a specific material we can assist in sourcing this to be used in your formulation.
Yes, as a proudly New Zealand owned and operated business, we love using New Zealand’s unique native ingredients.
